YELLOW 5AL-ASGP7

Yellow 5 Lake (91-95%) (and) Stearoyl Glutamic Acid (4.5-6.5%) (and) Polyhydroxystearic Acid (1-2%). YELLOW 5AL-ASGP7 is a super dispersible, natural hybrid treated pigment by Kobo Products. Provides a creamy feel, true color and pressing aid in powder formulas as well as promotes better wear properties. It is ASGP treated that enables full dispersion of pigments into formulations with use of only a high-speed mixer without the need for milling. This renders treated powders hydrophobic with minimal agitation and energy used during grinding phase. ASGP treated YELLOW 5AL-ASGP7 is recommended for emulsions, hot pours, anhydrous gels and powders.
