TiO2-IR300-ASG3

Titanium Oxide (97-99.5%) and Stearoyl Glutamic Acid (0.5-3%). TiO2-IR300-ASG3 by Kobo Products acts as a treated pigment and sunscreen agent. It blocks infrared radiations (IR-A). It is treated with ASG (Stearoyl Glutamic Acid), an amino acid coating, that offers hydrophobic properties. It imparts a moist creamy feeling on the skin and good skin adhesion, when used in powders. Furthermore, the ASG treatment aids pigments in full color development because the pigments are easy to disperse in anhydrous systems. TiO2-IR300-ASG3 is suggested for use in emulsions, hot pours, gels and powders. Complies with TSCA, EINECS/ELINCS, IECSC and PICCS.
