Titanium dioxide (94.0-97.0%) and isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.5-3.5%). RBTD -I2 acts as an aesthetic enhancer and dispersant. Is a pigmentary, rutile titanium dioxide that has been surface treated with Kobo's patented ITT (isopropyl titanium triisostearate) treatment. This treatment has good skin affinity and reduces oil absorption of powders. RBTD -I2 is a fine white powder, insoluble in water. Applications in non-greasy cream-to-powders, lipsticks, liquid foundations, eye shadows and sun care formulations. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, EINECS/ELINCS and AICS.
