Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891) (90-98%) (and) Hydrogen Dimethicone (1-5%) (and) Dimethicone (1-5%). A35-TiO2-MDS6 by Kobo Products is a hydrophobic treated pigment. Exhibits good physical & chemical stability and non-irritating properties. It can be dispersed in various vehicles for easier use in formulating sunscreens with high SPF/ PFA, UV filter and minimal whitening without nanoparticles. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS. A35-TiO2-MDS6 also meets Cosmetics Europe’s Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.
