It is a di-phenyl modified silicone with high refractive index, creating a high degree of shine and gloss into hair-care products. It exhibits low adhesion property and provides unique, soft and low-tack skin feel. It shows low residue, low odor and improved spread and slip. It has an excellent compatibility with organic materials. SeraSense® SF DDM finds application in formulating high shine products, hair serums, antiperspirants, skin creams and sun-care products. It can be emulsified into creams or conditioners. Moreover, it can be incorporated into other silicones or mineral oil for use in oil-based conditioning products or styling aids.
