TEA-dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Laureth-23 and Dimethiconol. SeraShine® EM 224C-E by KCC Beauty acts as a light conditioning and volumizing agent. It is an anionic micro-emulsion of high viscosity dimethiconol, formulated to create clear aqueous products. It requires no emulsification and offers improved dry combing with a soft feel. It has ultra-fine particle size for excellent stability, quality and clarity. Moreover, it is MIT- & paraben-free and preserved with benzoic acid. SeraShine® EM 224C-E finds application in formulating shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
