Cetrimonium Chloride. TEQUART CETAC 29 by Kale Care Chemicals acts as a cationic surfactant. It is specially synthesized for conditioning creams, shaving creams and hair masks with anti-static properties. It companions with non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants. It is a topical antiseptic as well as a conditioning surfactant.

It is generally combined with long-chain fatty alcohols (C16-18) in formulations to provide conditioning benefits.
TEQUART CETAC 29 is used in shampoos and liquid hand soaps.
