C13-C16 isoparaffin, bis-vinyl dimethicone/dimethicone copolymer. It enhances the texture, spreading properties, gloss and film integrity of formulations. It is a powerful combination of the novel silicone copolymer in a unique solvent, free of cyclomethicones. Ideal for a wide range of finishes, it provides fast drying, light spreading and silky feel to emulsion and anhydrous products. A quick absorbing product, it reduces tackiness and greasiness of topical formulations while providing a soft powdery skin feel. It is used in color cosmetics, body care, hair care, sun care, antiperspirants/deodorants.
