Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Polysilicone-22. Cosmetic Fluid 4120-DM by Innospec is a hybrid spherical designed silicone dispersion that absorbs organic 4120-DM oils and sebum. It delivers a natural soft focus, matte finish, silkiness and moisturization. It is ideal as base for anti-aging products. Cosmetic Fluid 4120-DM is suitable for use in hair, skin, body & intimate care and delivery systems.
