Parfum. Bicyclononalactone by IFF is a readily biodegradable, stabilizer-free, fragrance ingredient. The olfactory factor is described as powdery, sweet and tonka. It has a very good tonka characteristic. It provides almond, vanilla, coumarin, hay and coconut notes. It possesses good performance and stability in fine fragrance, AP deo, shampoos and soaps. It exhibits a medium base, heart and top note impact of fragrance. Bicyclononalactone is recommended for personal care applications. It shows substantivity of less than 12 hours.
