Petrolatum. MERKUR 620 by Hywax is a carrier, emollient and consistency regulator. It is an ointment-like homogeneous mixture of high-purity, hydrogenated, predominantly branched, saturated hydrocarbons. It protects skin from dehydration. It contains an antioxidant for stability. It is a white petroleum jelly dyed with vegetable food colorings. MERKUR 620 is used in skin creams, baby care, body lotions, fatty creams, hair care & hair styling and ethnic hair care & hair relaxer. It is suitable for lotions, pastes, base creams, cold rubs and pain release ointments. It meets PAH, Ph.Eur. and USP regulations.
