Dimethicone. QIANGLI QL-200 DM100 by Huangshan Qiangli Chemical is polydimethylsiloxane fluid, an active ingredient which acts as a carrier and conditioning agent.

It offers water repellency & skin protection, leaves no oily residue or build-up & imparts soft smooth and velvety feel.
It provides excellent spreadability on both skin and hair and prevents de-soaping.
It forms more uniform film and effective barrier in hand creams and lotions.
