CI 74160. Cosmenyl® Blue OC 100 by Heubach is pigment dispersion of 38% and is based on anionic dispersing & wetting agent & glycerine. It is a readily flowable and pumpable aqueous solution. It exhibits good light & alkaline fastness and is microbiological purity specific grade. It is recommended for the use in products bearing eco-labels. It is applicable for the coloration of personal care products, especially bar soap, toothpaste and cosmetics. Cosmenyl® Blue OC 100 meets the requirement for EU cosmetic application field 1.
