Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone. TCE-3061 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a thickening agent. It is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in cyclopentasiloxane carrier.

It is easy to formulate, reduces tackiness of formulation and can be applied to cold process.
It offers quick absorption and dry smooth and silky skin feel.
TCE-3061 is designed for antiperspirants, deodorants, makeup, hair care, skin care and sunscreen products.
It has a shelf life of 24 months.
