Amodimethicone (and) Laureth-7 (and) Isolaureth-6 (and) Glycerin. TC-2115 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as an emulsifier, surfactant, conditioning, lubricant and repairing agent. It is a micro emulsion and is particularly good to damaged hair. It provides excellent wet & dry combability, lubricity and absorption to hair. It repairs damaged hair as well as offers good softening ability and manageability to hair. It has excellent adhesive, penetrating ability with its unique physical and chemical characteristics. TC-2115 is used in conditioner, 2 in 1 shampoo, special treatment to dyed hair or perm, styling- and other hair care products.
