DIMETHICONE. TC-1251 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a lubricant and anti-static agent. It is a middle viscosity polydimethylsiloxane grease. Imparts excellent film-forming properties & soft, silky and luster feel to hair. Improves dry & wet combability. Provides hair a soft, glossy and silky feel. TC-1251 is recommended to be used in 2 in 1 shampoo or hair conditioner, body wash and skin cleanser.
