Polyquaternium-39. Resoft 39 by Guangzhou Reachin Chemical acts as a fixative, moisturizing and conditioning agent.

It is a quaternized terpolymer which exhibits affinity to keratin.
It imparts good combability, silky-feeling and style-fixing.
It can be also used in hair cold wave.
It is compatible with all kinds of surfactant, imparts lubricous and moist feeling to skin and hair & improves manageability of hair.
Resoft 39 is used in 2 in 1 shampoo, leave-in and rinse-off hair conditioner, styling gel and hair tonic body wash, hair dyeing cream & skin lotion and cream.
