Castor Oil Bis-Hydroxypropyl Dimethicone Esters (and) Ethyl Menthane Carboxamide. Gransil CS-Cool by Grant Industries acts as a cooling agent. It is a special blend of castor oil silicone ester and cooling agent, N-ethyl-p-menthane-3-carboxamide (EMC), offering a powerful cooling sensation on skin contact. It features good compatibility with waxes or vegetable oils and also delivers typical silicone benefits such as silkiness, smooth feel and good speadability. It reduces oily feel and offers added gloss to finished products. Gransil CS-COOL is used in numerous color makeup and skin care formulas.
