Panthenyl Triacetate (and) Acetyl Rheum Rhaponticum Root Extract. Unilucent™ PA-13 by Givaudan Active Beauty is a skin lightening, anti-dark spots, skin tone- & radiance enhancing complex. It can inhibit the formation of melanin as well as its deposition in keratinocytes, based on D-Panthenyl Triacetate and acetylated stilbenes from Rheum rhaponticum, has proven to have beneficial effects on skin complexion. It can increase skin brightness after 30 days and removes age spots in only two weeks. Unilucent™ PA-13 is a preservative-free compound with an application in skin brightening, radiance enhancing and anti-aging products.
