Oregano Leaf CO2-se extract (organic) Phenol Type

Origanum Vulgare (Oregano) Leaf Extract. Acts as an anti-oxidant and anti-microbial active. It is derived from oregano leaves and contains no reproducible microorganisms. The extract contains 75-85% essential oil, it contains 50-70% phenolic carvacrol, 5-11% thymoquinone and a small amount of thymol with known antiseptic properties. It is analgetic and anti-inflammatory by COX-1 and COX-2 inhibition. Used in cosmetics products.
