CARDAMOM GUATEMALA ABS by Firmenich is a natural, non-GMO, perfumery ingredient. It is mainly extracted from seed and pods. Cardamom seeds are traditionally processed into essential oil and absolute. It is produced by using Absolute technology, where a primary extraction with a volatile solvent on fresh or dry biomass yields to a concrete or resinoid. The Absolute is obtained via a second purification step in the process.
