Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate. Evicare® PGPR by Evident Ingredients is a powerful, robust W/O emulsifier. It produces reliable & stable emulsions and heavy & waterproof formulations with extra caring effect. It is based on castor oil and works with all kinds of emollients. It can be used on its own or in combination with co-emulsifiers and waxes. Evicare® PGPR is used in natural and conventional skincare products. It is suitable for protecting hand & night creams, baby care and sun care products.
