It is a proprietary blend containing PEG-8 Dimethicone (80–95%), Ascorbic Acid & Sodium Propoxyhydroxypropyl Thiosulfate Silica (0.001–2% each), Octyldodecanol & Tocopheryl Acetate (0.001–7% each) and Silica & Retinyl Palmitate (0.001–1% each). Acts as a conditioning active. It offers great conditioning properties & builds shine in leave-on products. Helps prevent signs of aging and stimulate collagen. It moisturizes malnourished skin & promotes smooth, healthy skin and hair. Exhibits low irritation & slow release capabilities. Satisfies label claims for vitamin content. Used in various cosmetics and personal care formulations.
