Ceteareth-25 (>=95%). PEL-ALC™ CSA-25 by Elé Corporation acts as a non-ionic surfactant, O/W emulsifier, solubilizer, conditioner, wetting, gelling and coupling agent. It is mild and stable at pH extremes. PEL-ALC™ CSA-25 finds application in formulating cream rinses, conditioners, bath oils, creams, lotions, deodorants, antiperspirants and shaving- & styling products. Meets TSCA, SARA 313, Canadian DSL, EINECS, AICS, IECSC, KECI and Japanese ENCS. It has a shelf-life of 24 months.
