Bentonite. GELWHITE H XR by Eckart is an opaque thickener and gelling agent. It is suitable for water-based phases in cosmetic applications.
  • It is a very light color, highly purified bentonite manufactured from carefully selected, extremely pure ore deposits.
  • It is used as a thixotropic agent for excellent anti-settling and stabilizing properties.
  • It exhibits high pH and temperature stability.
  • GELWHITE H XR is used in personal care products such as cream & lotion, anti-wrinkle lotion (e.g. with fruit acids), sunscreen, antiperspirant, facial mask, bath and shower gel.
  • It is also recommended for formulating color cosmetics such as liquid make-up, foundation, blush and eye product.
  • It is NATRUE approved and is sterilized by gamma irradiation.
  • It has a shelf life of 36 months.
