PARSOL® DHHB

Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate. PARSOL® DHHB by DSM is an efficient UVA absorber for sunscreen, face care and color cosmetic formulations. It enables broadband protection when combined with effective UVB filters and can also contribute to SPF.

It can penetrate the skin deeper than UVB, causing skin cells to age prematurely.
It prevents the growth of fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots (hyperpigmentation).
It can help in the development of environmentally friendly formulations that meet consumers demands for efficacy and sensory characteristics.
It is compatible with zinc oxide and iron oxides, making it appropriate for use in hybrid formulations.
PARSOL® DHHB shows good solubility to other UV absorbers and to a large range of emollients.
