Polyquaternium-67. SoftCAT™ SX 400X by Dow acts as a conditioning agent. Controls volume, promotes smooth, sleek-looking hair. It enables formulators to optimize delivery of actives to the hair. Improves manageability of frizzy, unruly hair. Provides maximum wet/dry conditioning. Provides increased deposition of silicone and fragrances over other conditioning polymers. It can be used with or without silicones, enables clear formulations and is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. SoftCAT™ SX 400X is used in daily use shampoos, 2-in-1 shampoos and conditioners.
