Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane (and) Cellulose Acetate. AvoCap™ 2 distributed by DKSH acts as UV filter. It is an avobenzone microencapsulated into an unbreakable cellulose acetate capsule, a fully transparent protective shell that enhances its photostability.

• Unlike free avobenzone, the microencapsulated form allows to avoid agglomeration, crystallization, discoloration, solubilization & skin penetration, and enables the achievement of lightweight and pleasant textures with high SPF.
• AvoCap™ 2 improves skin feel, safety and UV protection levels.
• It is suitable for all cosmetic formulations.
