Hydrogenated Castor Oil. Hydrogenated Castor Oil PH40 (ORYNOPHOR) by Dev International is a non-ionic solubilizing- and emulsifying agent obtained by reacting hydrogenated castor oil with ethylene oxide. It is used as stabilizer for oils & perfumes in cosmetics industry. It converts oil-soluble ingredients into clear, transparent solutions or stable emulsions. It improves transparency & shining and impacts the elegant appearance of products such as shaving-, hair styling gels & hand wash gels. It offers moisturizing effect with soft feel. It retards volatilities of solvents in order to retain its effect for a longer period. It improves flow- and film-forming properties in lipsticks. Hydrogenated Castor Oil PH40 (ORYNOPHOR) is suitable for skin care and O/W cream & lotions.
