Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP) by Dalian Handom Chemicals is a film-former. It is non-ionic polymer compound with excellent solubility and physiological compatibility. It offers good dispersibility and film-forming properties.

It enhances the moisturizing and lubricating effects when added to creams and sunscreens.
It has the function of protective colloid in emulsions and can be used in fatty and non-fatty pastes, as styling fluids, hairsprays and rubbing.
It is used in silk fixative, sunscreen in hair conditioner, as foam stabilizer in shampoo, as wave fixative, dispersant and affinity agent in hair dye.
Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone (PVP) has a shelf life of 24 months.
