2-Ethylhexyl trans-4-methoxycinnamate(OMC) by Dalian Handom Chemicals acts as a highly effective UV absorber. It is ideal for water-resistant sunscreen formulations. It is an excellent solvent for solid organic sunscreens. It has an excellent absorption curve of ultraviolet light at 280-310 nm. It offers protection, high absorption rate, minimal toxicity and has no effect on oily skin.

It is suitable for photosensitive dermatitis and prevents skin from redness & sunburn.
It is used in sunscreen (cream, lotion, liquid), body-, face care and color cosmetics.
2-Ethylhexyl trans-4-methoxycinnamate(OMC) has a shelf life of 36 months.
