Laureth-23. Noigen ET 23 by Dai-ichi is a non-ionic surfactant with emulsifying, dispersing and solubilizing properties. It is based on alkyl polyethanoxy ether. It possesses good foam stabilizing properties. It emulsifies silicone oils in formulations. It is stable to extreme pH conditions of pH 2-12 and is therefore used in bleach creams. Noigen ET 23 is suitable for various color cosmetics and skin- and hair care applications. It is also used in sun care preparations to disperse sunscreen agents. Recommended for transparent shower gels and shaving products such as shave creams and shave gels.
