It has dual action, penetrating the hair shaft to increase moisture content & plasticity to hair, and coating the hair to lubricate & reinforce the cuticle. This ingredient offers hydrating/moisturizing/nourishing and strengthening effects. Keravis™ PE finds application in hair color, rinse-off hair conditioners, hair relaxing/permanent waves, shampoos and styling formulations.
