Haloxyl™ by Croda acts as a micro-circulating and conditioning agent. It is an association of two matrikines that lessens under-eye dark circles. It reinforces firmness and tone of the eye area. It activates the elimination of blood originated pigments & degradation products, responsible for dark circles and local inflammation.
