Calcium Titanium Borosilicate (67-78%) (and) Silver (22-32%) (and) Tin Oxide (0-1%). Glare® Shimmering Nova Silver GL-9091B by CQV is a real metal pearlescent pigment. It is an anti-bacterial agent.
  • Exhibits high sterilization-, glittering-, electromagnetic shield and ultra sparkling effect.
  • It is a non-toxic grade and is not tested on animals.
  • Designed to use in beauty-, bath- and body products.
  • Also used in face powder, foundations, lipstick, eye shadow and blush.
  • Glare® Shimmering Nova Silver GL-9091B conforms to FDA/EU cosmetic regulations.
  • This product is restricted from eye and lip use and not more than 1% in nail polish product in USA.
