Tridecane (20-30%) (and) Pentadecane (70-90%). Plantasens® Flash 100 by Clariant is a light-weight emollient characterized by fast spreading and smooth & cozy after-feel. Being natural, renewable & biodegradable, it represents perfect alternative to highly scrutinized D5 silicone and isohexadecane. It provides medium to long playtime, luminous but not glossy film and delightful soft finish to skin care products. It leads to better wet and dry combing than silicones when used in shampoos and provides long-lasting conditioning effects in conditioners. It imparts exquisite softness and shine to hair. It is designed for longer spreading times, high SPF protection and super-light & slim textures in make-up and sun & body care, but also in shampoos and masks. It is suited for dry and sensitive skin and promotes efficient delivery of inorganic pigments and sun filters. It improves color intensity and offers radiant & homogeneous coverage in make-up formulations. Plantasens® Flash 100 is used in body lotions & mousses, face creams for dewy look, light sunscreens, foundation liquids, lipstick formulations, detangling lotions, smoothing masks and antiperspirants & deodorants.
