Clariant
DMDM Hydantoin (and) Aqua. Nipaguard® DMDMH Plus by Clariant is a formaldehyde-free preservative. It is effective in surfactant-based formulations and exhibits antimicrobial activity.
  • It is non-freezing and shows good compatibility with electrolytes.
  • It is non-irritating to eyes, skin and mucous membranes.
  • It is used in hair conditioners, color cosmetics, antiperspirants & deodorants, bar- and liquid soaps.
  • Also used for shampoos, showers, sun protection and hair styling products.
  • Nipaguard® DMDMH Plus is recommended for wet wipes, syndets, creams and lotions.
