Genamin® PDAC

Polyquaternium-6. Genamin® PDAC by Clariant acts as a cationic surfactant and hair conditioning agent. It possesses good softening and anti-static effect properties.
  • It leaves a non-visible, smooth film that protects the hair.
  • It also improves the foam volume and stability when used in shampoo preparations.
  • It prevents hair fly-aways after combing.
  • It is absorbed onto the hair from aqueous & alcoholic solutions and from emulsions (dispersions) also in combination with other additives, such as film-forming agents and fatty components.
  • It is compatible with non-ionic surfactants and can be used in combination with other cationic surfactants to allow special effects regarding wet & dry combing properties.
  • Genamin® PDAC is suitable for formulating skin cleansing products, perms, hair after-treatment products, liquid soaps and hair conditioners.
