Ethylhexyl MethoxyCinnamate (100%). Eclipsogen® EHMC by Clariant acts as a highly effective UV filter with broad UV-B absorbency. It is a great solubilizer which can facilitate the incorporation of solid UV filters.

It is used in creams, lotions, color cosmetics and sun protection products.
It is recommended to include a photostabilizer when formulating with Eclipsogen® EHMC, especially in the presence of Avobenzone (Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane).
It is globally approved and is listed in AIIC, DSL, IECSC, REACH, ENCS, ECL, NZIoC, PICCS, EINECS, TCSI & TSCA.
It has a shelf life of 3 years.
