BLUE 11E by CarboQuimica is a solid emulsifier for O/W emulsions. In complex systems, it can be combined with other emulsifiers. It can also act as a co-emulsifier. It is partially compatible with non-polar substances. In combination with BLUE 15E, it forms stable multilamellae micelles. BLUE 11E is recommended for natural and vegan miscellaneous cosmetics.
