Lemongrass Essential Oil (Bolise)

Lemongrass Essential Oil scientifically known as Cymbopogon citratus. It's an antiseptic with numerous applications. It can be used to treat infections as well as skin disorders. It can also be used to treat acne and greasy skin. It can also be used to soothe tired and painful muscles and added to an aromatic bath for additional therapeutic benefits. In a hot bath, drop 10-20 drops of lemongrass essential oil and soak for at least 20 minutes. The aroma is energizing and refreshing while also relaxing the nervous system.
