Lavender Extract (Bolise)

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Bolise
Lavender Extract by Bolise, scientifically known as Lavandula angustifolia. Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects are found in it. During WWI, it was used to clean floors and walls in hospitals. These extracts are also commonly utilized in bath products as scents. Lavender infusions are said to soothe and heal insect bites. Lavender bouquets are also supposed to repel insects. Lavender is commonly used as a sleep and relaxation aid, the plant's seeds and flowers are used in pillows, and an infusion of three flowerheads in a cup of hot water is recommended as a soothing and calming night drink. When diluted 1:10 with water, rosewater, or witch hazel, lavender oil is said to improve acne, and it's also used to treat skin burns and inflammatory diseases. It produces a sweet-scented essential oil that can be used in balms, salves, perfumes, cosmetics, and topical uses. Lavandin, Lavandula x intermedia (also known as French lavender), produces an essential oil with higher quantities of terpenes, notably camphor, which give the scent a harsher overtone. Lavandula stoechas, or Spanish lavender, is primarily used for landscaping rather than medicine.
