Dimethicone emulsion. Offers soft, silky conditioning as well as excellent spreading activity. Can form permanent waterproof and smooth layer, which gives soft feel to skin. Used in skin care product formulations. It is mainly used in make-up powder, eye shadow, eyebrow pencil, make-up powder and foundation.
