PVP. Luviskol® K 115 CQ 11% Solution by BASF is a stiffening agent. It improves the consistency of shampoos and hair dyes. It combines with customary nonionic, cationic or anionic compounds, polyacrylates, polyquats, salts, acids and bases. Luviskol® K 115 CQ 11% Solution is suitable for addition to cosmetic products that cleanse, dye or otherwise enhance the appearance of the skin or hair.
