Dodecylhexadecanol. Jarcol™ I-28CG by aurorium is an emollient, dispersant, and viscosity modifier. Jarcol™ I-28CG is branched alcohol that is typically solid with a body temperature melt point. It provides moisture with no greasy feel in solid products such as lip balms and deodorants. It delivers a silky, non-oily, velvety skin feel in creams and lotions. It offers excellent thermal stability and an appearance of water white color with virtually no odor. It is recommended for lip balms, antiperspirants and deodorants, hair fixatives, lotions, ointments and creams.
