Acrylates Copolymer (and) Aqua. SurfaThix™ N polymer by Ashland acts as a rheology modifier and surfactant. It is an acrylate-based technology with unique hydrophobic properties which brings clarity, thickening & suspension performance of particles and beads to cleansing products.

It is compatible with a variety of ingredients commonly used in rinse off formulations including various surfactants, salts and cationics.
Offers improved foam density (creamy lather), smoother dry-feel in finished formulations and can be easily rinsed-off.
In hair care products, it offers improved dry comb in silicone containing shampoo, smooth feel on wet hair and enhanced detangling.
SurfaThix™ N polymer suggested for use in body & hand washes and facial cleansers.
