It offers excellent heat stability, work across a wide pH window and easy solubilization in water. optiphen™ nd preservative finds application in formulating hair care products (conditioners, gels, mousses, novel stylers, shampoos, styling lotions/creams), body care, color cosmetics, face and body washes, facial care and wipes. It provides broad-spectrum protection against bacteria, yeast, fungi and mold. It is designed for use in skin- & hair care rinse-off & leave-on applications.
