Linoleamidopropyl Ethyldimonium Ethosulfate and Dimethyl Lauramine Isostearate. Parapel HC by Alzo International acts as a cationic emulsifier and conditioning agent. It is a quaternary amido-amine salt/polymer, derived from the natural feed stocks. It offers emolliency, lubricity, detangling and anti-static properties. Parapel HC is recommended for shampoos, conditioners, styling aids, hair color systems, creams, lotions and aqueous formulations. Is IECIC listed.
