Vitamin C (L-ascorbyl palmitate) by Alfa Chemistry acts as an antioxidant. It is produced synthetically by adding palimitic acid (a fatty acid) to l-ascorbic acid to form a fat-soluble ester. It can improve appearance of aged and fragile skin. It is used as add-on ingredient in skin-lightening products to correct hyperpigmentation and age spots.

It is GMO- & preservative-free.
Vitamin C (L-ascorbyl palmitate) is recommended for lotions, creams, sun care & after sun products, shampoos and makeup products.
