PEG-12 Dimethicone. PEG-12 Dimethicone by [supplier} is a water-soluble silicone surfactant. It is a low odor, low color cosmetic grade ethoxylated polydimethylsiloxane.

It provides lubricity to fibers as well as conditioning effects for the hair and skin.
PEG-12 Dimethicone is also used in lotions, gels, creams, conditioners, shampoos and color cosmetics.
